Power cords
With a power cord, also known as a power cable, you supply your smart LED lighting with power. You connect a power cord to your smart lighting and plug it into the wall socket by means of the plug. In this way, your smart lighting is supplied with energy. Most LED lighting products already come with a power cord. If this is not the case, you can always buy a new power cord at Hoftronic Smart.
Power cords for indoor use
Power cables come in 2 variants: one is only suitable for indoor use, and the other is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. On this page you will find these two power cords, of which the 2-core power cords are suitable for indoor use only. These can easily be connected to your smart LED recessed spotlights. The 2-core power cable is 1,5 metres long and has a Euro Plug.
Outdoor power cords
In addition to the power cables which are only suitable for use in dry rooms, there are also power cords which are suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. The indoor and outdoor power cords are 3-core power cords. These three wires are the earth wire, phase wire and zero wire. The power cords also have a Euro Plug. The 3-core power cords are available in lengths of 1.5 metres, 3 metres and 5 metres. With these you can easily power all your smart garden lights. Think, for example, of the smart garden spike lights that you use to light up the hedges and trees, or the smart ground spots that light up the path that runs through your garden.
Cables and cable connectors
In the range of LED accessories you will also find cables and cable connectors. The cables consist of both power cords and installation cables: everything you need to power your smart lights. In addition, the cable connectors are designed to connect cables with each other. In this way, you can easily connect the cable from one ground spot to the cable from the other ground spot.
