Shipping & returns
Homeylux will ship your order for free if your order amount is above €50,-. For several countries we will charge shipping costs when your order amount is above €50,- and or other tax regulations are valid when your country is not stated in the EU zone. You will find the shipping cost information in the table below. When you place an order it may happen that different carriers are used for your order if your order contains more than one package. Pallet shipments depends on the best carrier for your destination.
We ship to the following countries:
INTOLED has its own stock and also goods are sent directly from our suppliers. Your package will therefore be processed immediately after receiving your payment, with iDEAL, PayPal, Mister Cash / Bancontact or Creditcard. If your order is received before 22:00 hour and paid with one of our payment options, the order will be shipped the same day. The delivery time is indicated on the productpage.
We ship our products with a number of transporters including: DHL, DPD, UPS they can not accurately determine the time your order will be delivered. Packages can generally be delivered from 08:00-20:30 hours at your address.
Important information! If your order is of such a nature and size that we ship it on a pallet, your order must be received before 14:00 to be shipped the same day. If this is not the case, the pallet shipment will be sent the next working day. Please note that a pallet shipment always takes longer, the average delivery time is between 3-5 working days after shippment.
Track & Trace
When your order leaves the warehouse, you will receive an e-mail containing a Track & Trace link. This link allows you to track your order live so that you know exactly when your order is expected to deliver.
Cash on delivery
Shipments by Cash on delivery are not possible.
Unfortunately it can happen that your order is not satisfactory. We therefore offer you the option to return your products within 30 days. Register your return below. You will receive a return form by email and a shipping label against payment. This allows you to deliver the package to a local parcel-point.
As soon as your package is back with us, we will refund the money that you have paid, including potential shipping costs, as soon as possible (within 30 working days at the latest). We use the same payment method with which you placed the order.
Exchange? Then return the product and indicate in the return form for which product you wish to exchange it. As soon as we have received the product, we will send you the desired item.
To return your products, they must meet the following conditions. If these conditions are not applied, your return will not be processed.
- The package must be prepaid.
- You bear the risk of the return shipment if it is lost or damaged.
- The products are returned within the trial period of 30 days, this starts on the day after receiving your order.
- The product is in original condition and factory packaging.
- Return costs: The costs for returning are for your own account. Is your product damaged or delivered incorrectly? Then contact our customer service so we can help you further.
Not all products and orders can be returned. The following products and orders are not covered by the right of withdrawal of 30 days.
- All business purchases are excluded from the 30-day right of withdrawal.
- Personalized products. These are products that are not sold as standard but have been put together or bin ordered by our suppliers at your request.
- Products that, through no fault of our own, are damaged or incomplete.
- Products for which the original factory packaging is not present or (seriously) damaged.
- Products that are not installed according to installation instructions.
